Design Right and Higher Education Processes

"Design Right and Higher Education Processes" training will be organized in cooperation with the Research Dean's Office and FSMH Coordinatorship.

Within the scope of the training, SAU Faculty of Law, Faculty Member Prof. Gizem COŞĞUN YILDIRIM will provide information on various topics from design to processes in our university within the scope of the industrial property law.

The training content is as follows:

- What is the design and product within the scope of the Industrial Property Law?

- How will the process work in higher education institutions in the protection of designs?

-Which designs can be legally protected?

- How can innovation and distinctiveness in designs be achieved?

- What are the employee designs?
